CASTLE Lager Premier Soccer League action has been moved to White City Stadium following the temporary closure of Barbourfields and Luveve stadiums in preparation for the Cosafa Women’s Championships next month.

The stadium will play host to a double header this Saturday featuring Bulawayo City and ZPC Kariba in an early kick off followed by a cracking derby involving How Mine and log leaders Chicken Inn.

The Gamecocks are two points above second-placed Ngezi Platinum Stars and remain the only side to concede less than 10 goals after 23 matches.

On Sunday flailing giants Highlanders welcome tricky opponents Chapungu, hoping the change of turf might come with a positive result.

Bosso have been on a downward spiral that has seen the gap between them and the leading pack continuing to increase with each passing weekend.

The pick of the weekend action is without doubt the Harare derby between resurgent Caps United and in-form Dynamos at the National Sports Stadium.

While Cosafa condemned White City Stadium, the Zifa grounds committee okayed it to host top flight matches. Barbourfields and Luveve stadiums will remain closed for PSL action throughout the duration of the women’s championship set to end on September 24.
