In our Monday edition, we reported that Phumuzani Nyoni, a stocktheft suspect who was jailed for attempting to escape from hospital, died at Plumtree Prison two weeks ago. It has since come to our attention that Nyoni is alive and well in prison. We would like to apologise to Nyoni, his family and the Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Services for the distress, harm or inconvenience caused by the article. — Editor.
