FORMER Chicken Inn striker Tendai Ndoro has been praised by his coach at Mpumalanga Black Aces Clive Barker who says the Zimbabwean marksman has a lot to offer in the Absa Premiership this season after a series of good performances since he was roped in last season. Barker said Ndoro could easily surpass the seven goals he scored last season especially that now he would be partnering former PSL Golden Boot winner with Kaizer Chiefs Collins Mbesuma.
Barker believes Mbesuma will take off some workload from the Warriors forward’s shoulders.

The 1996 Africa Cup of Nations winning coach told Chronicle Sport: “Ndoro is a complete striker who can do anything with the ball, he is skilful and disciplined. I’m impressed and delighted to have the Zimbabwean player in the team. Since he joined us in the middle of last season he has done wonders and managed to put the team to a better position.”

He said now that Ndoro had made his presence felt in the PSL, his scoring opportunities would be limited but with the qualities he possessed, would make defenders have restless 90 minutes.

“I wish he could help us win some silverware this season and even become the top goal scorer in the league,” said Barker.
Tomorrow afternoon Ndoro and his countrymen Energy Murambadoro and Tinashe Nengomasha will be in action at home to Milton Ncube’s Ajax Cape Town.
