Clash of titans at Large City Hall

This is arguably the second time, besides the national galas, that artistes from different genres share the stage in the city.
Last year the promoters brought Tuku to the same venue where he shared the stage with Winky Dee and Jeys Marabini.

The promoter of the show Tich Maviyo from Hardcore Promotions, said coming from the “January disease” period people deserved to go out and have fun.
“We are all set and everything is in place, all they have to do is bring their dancing shoes, to dance the night away. People need to come and relax and realise there is life after paying bills,” he said.

Maviyo said people should not worry as far as their security was concerned as they have hired a private security company, as well as the Zimbabwe Republic Police.
Tickets to the show went on sale on Wednesday. The tickets are going for $10 in advance and $15 at the gate. For the VIP they are going for $20.

Fans will have a medley dish made up of Ndolwane’s sungura, Stunner’s urban grooves and Tuku’s enduring katekwe.
There are also other up-coming artists that include Colly Kalumo,  Electric Vibes, a group that hails from Makokoba  and Tee Pie.
