SIX Castle Lager Premier Soccer League (PSL) fixtures are lined up for this afternoon at various venues dotted around the country.

Bruised Bulawayo football giants Highlanders, will seek to bounce back to winning ways when they take on Herentals College at Rufaro Stadium.

Bosso are smarting from a 2-1 defeat they suffered at the hands of city neighbours, Chicken Inn. 

It was Highlanders’ first defeat of the season.

Chicken Inn will have a date with Hwange at Luveve Stadium. 

“It’s another tricky game for us. Hwange have the potential to surprise any club. 

“Yes, they lost a number of players and they are in a rebuilding process, but we can underestimate them at our own peril. In Nation Dube, they have an experienced coach, so it’s going to be a big fight,” said Gamecocks head coach, Joey Antipas.

For a positive result, Chicken Inn will bank on strikers Michael Charamba, Malvin Hwata and seemingly resurgent Brian Muza.

“I think it’s always tricky to play a team like Chicken Inn at their home ground. However, we will try to match them as we are also in the league to compete,” said Dube, an undoubted Chipangano legend.

 Bulawayo Chiefs will fight it out with TelOne at Gweru’s Bata Stadium.

Chiefs are coming from a triumph over highly fancied Simba Bhora.

Reigning champions, Ngezi Platinum Stars will seek to utilise home advantage when they do battle against Yadah Stars at Baobab Stadium.

Norman Mapeza’s FC Platinum will lock horns with ZPC Kariba at Mandava Stadium.

Fast-improving Bikita Minerals will play host to Simba Bhora at Mutare’s Sakubva Stadium.

Tomorrow, PSL noisy newboys Chegutu Pirates will entertain former champions Dynamos at Baobab Stadium.

Lloyd Chitembwe mentored CAPS United are scheduled to have a home tie against Greenfuel in a match that will also be played at Rufaro Stadium.
